This morning, I wasn’t all that hungry when I woke up so I just grabbed a handful of almonds and raisins for a quick bite before heading over to the gym. I completed my 21 Minute Super Sweaty Interval Workout before heading down to the weight room for my Killer Legs Workout. My legs were definitely feeling the burn today, and stretching felt soooo good!
On the walk back to the dorm, I started getting really hungry and was very tempted to eat something before my shower, but I don’t like staying in sweaty clothes for longer than I have to so I took a quick shower and prepped my breakfast.
I took two brown rice cakes and topped them with peanut butter, cinnamon, and a sliced banana along with some coffee; it sure hit the spot! Time to get some studying in before today’s classes (last day!).
