Killer Legs Workout


After yesterday’s yoga/pilates session, I was ready to hit the gym this morning! I ate a bosc pear with some almond butter and headed over. I warmed up on the spin bike with my 21 Minute Super Sweaty Workout and went down to the weight room for my Killer Legs workout.

It took me about 20 minutes to complete. I try to minimize the rest to keep it aerobic.  I took extra care to stretch out afterwards as my quads were already a tiny bit sore.

After a shower back at the dorm, I made myself a pumpkin mug cake for breakfast along with an apple.  Have a great Monday!
